Temple Swaminarayan Akshardham is a Hindu temple, and spiritual-cultural campus in Delhi, India. The temple is close to the border with Noida. Also referred to as Akshardham Temple or Akshardham Delhi, the complex displays millennia of traditional and modern Hindu culture, spirituality, and architecture.
India Gate is a 42-meter-high sandstone archway in the center of New Delhi. It was built in 1921 by Edwin Lutyens, a prominent war memorial architect. It was inaugurated by Viceroy Lord Irwin on February 12, 1931. India Gate commemorates the 70,000 Indian soldiers who died fighting for the British Army during World War I. It also commemorates the soldiers who died in the Third Anglo-Afghan War of 1919. The names of more than 13,000 Indian soldiers are inscribed on the monument. India Gate is one of the largest war graves of soldiers killed in the First World War. It's located in the eastern area of the Rajpath Road, formerly the King's Road. India Gate is surrounded by running fountains and well-manicured lawns. It's a good place for a picnic or family outing.
Connaught Place (CP) is a major financial, commercial, and business center in New Delhi, India. It's also a major shopping, nightlife, and tourist destination. CP is named after the Duke of Connaught and Strathearn. It was built by the British in 1929 as part of their project to relocate the seat of governance from Civil Lines to Lutyen's Delhi. Construction was completed in 1933.
The new complex has a hexagonal shape and it is built next to the existing complex and is almost equal in size to the former one. Coincidently, the design of this Parliament building resembles the Vijaya Temple of Vidisha. The building is designed to have a lifespan of more than 150 years.

The Qutb Minar is a UNESCO World Heritage site in New Delhi. It's the tallest stone tower in India, measuring 238 feet (72.5 meters). It's also the tallest minaret in the world built of bricks. The Qutb Minar was built in the early 1200s by the first rulers of the Delhi sultanate. Construction began in 1199 under the ruler Qutb al-Din Aibak and was completed by his successor, Iltutmish. The Qutb Minar is made of: Red and buff sandstone Inscriptional bands A spiral staircase of 379 steps An iron pillar in the courtyard The tower tapers from 14.3 meters (47 feet) in diameter at the base to 2.75 meters (9 feet) at the top. The lowest three tiers are made of alternating red and buff sandstone, and the fourth and fifth are made of marble and sandstone. The Qutb Minar is one of the most visited tourist spots in the city.
The Humayun's Tomb is a 16th-century monument in Delhi, India. It was built by the widow of Humayun, the second Mughal Emperor of India, in 1569-70. The tomb was commissioned by Humayun's first wife, Empress Bega Begum, in 1558. It was designed by Persian architects Mirak Mirza Ghiyas and his son, Sayyid Muhammad. The tomb was the first garden-tomb in India and the first opulent mausoleum built in the country. It was a landmark in the development of Mughal architecture. The tomb was built with the patronage of Humayun's son, the great Emperor Akbar. Persian and Indian craftsmen worked together to build the tomb. The tomb is decorated with marble borders and panels. It has three arched alcoves on each side, with the central one being the highest. The roof has pillared kiosks around a high double dome in the center
